Strive was created with one goal: to make team management simpler, smarter, and more accountable. From youth teams to senior squads, coaches were relying on scattered WhatsApp groups, messy spreadsheets, and guesswork to track who was training, who was performing, and who was slipping behind. We built Strive to change that.
Our Mission
To empower every team — no matter the sport or level — with the tools to communicate clearly, train consistently, and perform at their best. We believe accountability drives improvement. Transparency builds trust. And when a team is aligned, everything becomes possible.
Where We Started
Strive was founded by coaches and players who lived the chaos of managing teams across Hurling, Gaelic Football, Football/Soccer, Rugby, and Australian Rules Football.
